RunStrong Bodyweight

RUNSTRONG BODYWEIGHT is here and it is awesome. This 12-week program consists of 2 x 30-minute sessions each week that require nothing more than your own body, a Miniband, exercise bands, and a chair/box.

These efficient training sessions are designed to build your overall strength, stability, and power for running. If you’re logging a lot of miles, this is a simple and effective way to incorporate strength training to pair with your running.
