All New Yoga Sessions
We’ve been building out all new yoga sessions for our cyclists and runners. We currently have 5 sessions for each category, led by our team yogi, Coach Aedra. The sessions are 30-45 minutes in length and are designed for athletes of all levels.
These sessions are a perfect way to recovery from a big ride or run and can be implemented 1-2 times each week for improved recovery and overall movement.
