SESSION STRUCTURE: 20 Minute Every Minute on The Minute Strength Work

EQUIPMENT: Dumbbells (ideally progressive in weight light-heavy), long exercise bands, miniband, Box or Bench.

FOCUS: Time efficient strength development & core stability for triathlon.
