TrailStrong DB Circuits

TRAILSTRONG DB CIRCUITS This is a 16-week program that is designed specifically for the demands of running + hiking. It consists of 2 strength sessions each week.

This program requires minimal equipment and takes up a minimal amount of time. All you will need are dumbbells (light, medium, heavy options), a bench like object, and some floor space. Each workout is 20 minutes long and has 5 different exercises that you will cycle through. You will be working Every Minute On the Minute (EMOM).
