Ambassador Highlights #3
JIM LITZINGER - @jimlitzinger
Jim is a badass cyclist and outdoor enthusiast. He is also a very proud father and husband. This year he was faced with some adversity as he underwent back surgery. Yes this kept him off the bike for a little while but we assure you he came back stronger, fitter and smarter than before! So much so that he managed to get back to the racing scene this past October and he couldn’t wipe the smile off his face!
ERIN REIS - @erinnreis
Erin’s main goal this year was to not get injured & have fun on her bike. She rocked both of those goals and more! She successfully made it through the Pisgah stage race, tested out new skills in the bike park, and made it through a 14 day European cycling adventure - all while pushing her limits and smiling through it! We are excited to see where your bike adventures take you in 2023!
RACHEL LACEK - @ray_rayyy4
Rachel is a very strong triathlete who loves being outside in any way - on the trails, on her bike, in a canyon, scuba diving, with her dog, on a horse… we could keep going! She had a big goal of successfully completing 4 x 70.3 Ironman events, and she rocked it! She even requalified for the 2023 (70.3) World Championships. Her eyes on the prize and we can’t wait to see how her off-season training sets her up for success.
JEN RESCHKE - @jen.reschke
This year, Jen decided to put her pro triathlete career on the side to pursue her true passion of riding bikes. Her ideal day is a day filled with bike riding and if possible a morning open water swim with her swim group. During her journey to ride bikes as much as she could, Jen got to race Unbound Gravel and successfully completed Leadboat, which combines Leadville 100 MTB and Steamboat GRVL in a crazy back to back fashion. This was a serious feat of endurance and we cannot wait to see what Jen decides to tackle next year!
ASHLEY BEIMERT - @allrightthatscool
Ashley is making her own personal comeback, and we are here for it! She has already had a very full cycling career by once being ranked top 5 in her state for road and top 5 in the US for Cat 2 mountain biking. These results proved to her that she is better than she thought. Her 2022 project was going “all in” with her local team and racing scene because she is up for the challenge and knows that she has more to learn about herself. Here we are near the end of 2022 and she is feeling hungrier for more, stronger, and faster than she realized!
ALLISON CROW - @acrowseye
Allison had a busy summer racing her mountain bike all over the country. She successfully defended her title as Colorado state champion and got her Pro license at the mountain bike XCO nationals where she raced her first Elite national race. This fall, she took on the UCI cyclocross races and achieved her goal of scoring her first UCI points. When she is not racing, she loves to camp in the mountains with her dog and to rip flowy single tracks. Now that winter is coming, she is looking forward to skiing and setting her sights onto next season. We are very excited for what the future holds for Allison. Stay tuned!
