Online Individualized Programming

Our customized programming option is an excellent, cost-effective way to experience elite level coaching and guidance through a program without having the financial burden of paying for 1-on-1 training. This is also a great option for anyone whose schedule or location do not permit them to train in-person with us. This program is a flat fee and includes one in-person or virtual session each month to review goals, changes to your program, and exercise technique.

Initial Assessment:

  • 60-minute assessment and follow-up report from coach

Program Includes:

  • 60-minute session with coach for program review, exercise technique instruction

  • 4-week training block with instructional videos, progress tracking, and direct messaging with coach.
